We use the word constantly - but what do we actually mean when we say we facilitate? This salon invites honest inquiry into a question we rarely stop to examine: where does the facilitator role begin, where does it end, and does that distinction matter to the clients and groups we serve? We'll map where we agree, name where we don't, and surface what our answers mean for practice.
Special note: There is a Farmer’s market happening right next door! For those who would like to, we can continue our conversation after the session, over food /drink from the market.
Our guiding principles are:
