According to Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory, Change Management is becoming a worldwide movement. This new level of executive commitment to a culture of change and organizational agility represents an opportunity for both clients and consultants, but it can also be a missed opportunity or even disaster if done incorrectly without appropriate stakeholder engagement.  This workshop will focus on the role of facilitation in successful change management, drawing on the diverse experiences of four facilitators and consultants. We will explore how facilitation applies to change management, which facilitation techniques could be used when, and how to decide which technique to use for specific situations that arise in a change initiative.

Workshop participants will learn:

  • Basic overview of the change management project lifecycle
  • Common challenges/business scenarios that can arise during change management projects
  • How facilitation  can be utilized to address these common challenges, and what techniques are appropriate
  • Situations that might lend themselves better to some techniques over others

Note: if the workshop is sold out, please email MAFN at info@mafn.org if you would like to be on a wait-list.
