Description:
As facilitators, it’s rare that we nail every moment in a room.
Sometimes we mirror back what we thought we heard only to learn we got it wrong. Sometimes we stick to the agenda when the room clearly needs to stay with a topic longer. Sometimes we design an entire conversation around one problem, only to discover that something else is needed entirely.
This session is a space to talk honestly about those moments—the times we thought we had the pulse of the room, but didn’t. We’ll share our facilitation fails, what we missed, and what happened next. More importantly, we’ll share what those experiences taught us about recovering in the moment and navigating similar situations differently today.
Come with a story, a lesson, or simply willingness to be a listening ear!
