Title: Ethics in Coaching: Where Integrity Is Always in Action
Description:
Come join us for a dynamic session designed to both review the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) updated 2025 Code of Ethics and sharpen our ethical practice through simulated scenario discussions with our MAFN coaching community. We will be unpacking the four core values and responsibilities of each Coach, the key highlights of what’s new, and reflect on how we show up with our clients. We'll make sense of it together, ask questions, and connect the standards to our lived experience as coaches. Through breakout sessions, we'll move into real-world practice scenarios that challenge us to apply what we've learned in the moments that matter most. Whether you're new to coaching or a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave with sharper ethical clarity, a stronger connection to your peers, and learn from hands-on exercises where we get to think out loud, learn from each other, and walk away with greater confidence.
Duration: 2:00-3:00 pm EDT
