Traditional group sizes for facilitated events range from 12-24. As facilitators we may even try to dissuade clients who want to convene larger groups of 30, 40, or more, arguing that interactivity works better with smaller numbers. But is it? Are a large crowd and interactivity mutually exclusive?

What are some ways that our favorite facilitation techniques can be scaled up to work for hundreds (if not thousands) of participants.  What do we need to pay attention to in terms of room set up, capture tools, and discussion time?  When and how do we work as facilitation teams?

This webinar will explore facilitating interactively with large groups, and share experience, tips and tools that can help scale your facilitation practice from 24 people to 2,400 people and beyond.
