New Year, New You: Tune Up Your Online Presence for Work in 2021 - February 12th Online Workshop

About the workshop:

Do you find yourself describing your facilitation work differently since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic? 2020 turned the nature of work upside down. Some streams of business went on pause, virtual work reigned, and we shifted our services accordingly. If you have changed or refined your service offerings and have procrastinated updating your LinkedIn bio or website or are simply not sure where to start, this workshop is for you.

Free yourself from the nagging feeling of updating your online presence in this 90-minute interactive workshop designed specifically for facilitators. Whether you are looking to update your LinkedIn bio or tweak your website, this workshop will give you a framework for identifying areas of highest impact. Attendees will walk away with a concrete plan for refreshing their online presence to support their work in 2021.

As a special gift for MAFN members, all attendees will receive an audit worksheet to help formulate their strategy for updating their online presence. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to volunteer to have parts of their website or LinkedIn profile workshopped live during the session.

This is a 90-minute online workshop. It will take place from 12:00pm EST to 1:30pm EST.

Speaker:

Lauren Mobertz (she/her) is an organization designer who aligns the needs of business, workers, and society. She brings an equity lens to evaluation and design and applies co-creative methods to bring stakeholders into strategy and organizational change.

In a previous life, Lauren served as a marketing advisor to technology startups and spent two years on eBay's corporate communications team. A former Fulbright fellow, Lauren holds degrees in professional writing and organization development from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of San Francisco, respectively. She aims to further the field of facilitation by helping build the marketing capabilities of fellow facilitators.
