About the session...
Whether we are in a virtual an in-person environment, people need to find effective and meaningful ways to connect.  This session will use the power of FUN and GAMES and offer multiple ways to build connection with existing teams, new teams, or in other facilitated sessions.

As adults, we often forget how important it is to actually PLAY, really play.
If you take the time to play, you can learn new tasks better. You can stimulate your imagination in ways that will help you innovate and problem solve better. And you can truly improve your relationships with others.

Learning Objectives
We will take the time during this session to learn how and when to incorporate play and games into our work which will remind us about three important things:
  • When we play, we connect with other people in different and meaningful ways
  • When we remove barriers to play and engage in activities that level the playing field, we find new and different ways to innovate, create and relate
  • When we incorporate fun into our work, work becomes more fun, projects become more meaningful, and lessons become more ingrain

Please note, this is a 3-hour workshop.

This MAFN Online Workshop will be held 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Eastern Time.
