  • MAFN Webinar presenters for the year

About the session...

The ToP (Technology of Participation) Focused Conversation creates a setting for meaningful communication. It is used
to facilitate group discussions that allows participants to share diverse perspectives in a non-confrontational manner.
Using this method helps people share insights and creative ideas on a common topic, issue, or experience. It has multiple
applications for helping groups to have deeper and more productive discussions and can reveal the existing level of
consensus within a group.
Participants will:

  • Understand a process to lead meaningful conversations and engage all participants
  • Learn a structure for asking questions that probes beneath the surface and encourages a diversity of perspectives
  • Gain insights on a conversation methodology that aligns with our subconscious reasoning process
