About the session…
How do you quickly develop insights into individual and team member meaning and motivation—and what’s most likely to happen when a given group of people come together to act as a collective? Find out during this lively and very interactive session which introduces participants to story typing and Dr. Carol S. Pearson’s breakthrough archetypal system for working with the unconscious story-based patterns that live inside people and groups. During the session, we’ll simulate a real team building session using ourselves as its members. We’ll come to see who we are and how we show up through a new lens, and how each of the 12 story types can shape individual and group beliefs, behaviors, character and capacity.
