Join us for this special exploration in how we can more effectively incorporate mindfulness in our work as facilitators. The event will be hosted by Charlie Rebich on the MaestroConference platform, who will share his experience as a mindfulness coach and event facilitator. Charlie will lead us in a very basic mindfulness exercise and then open up the meeting to an Open Space (Unconference) format. We will create an agenda of breakout discussion topics together and then actually get to go into breakout rooms while in the MaestroConference platform. Together we will share our own insights and inspirations on how we incorporate mindfulness in our work and develop our skills as facilitators. This will be a unique opportunity to not only learn from Charlie, but also to experience the MaestroConference platform.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain a better understanding of what mindfulness is
  • Learn simple mindfulness and communication techniques
  • Share our ideas, tips, best practices and experience together
  • Gain experience with the Open Space format and MasestroConference platform
