Biography
Believing that authentic relationships are vital to creating positive collaborations, Paula has created a nonprofit career out of helping leaders turbocharge their relationship-building to form more loyal and lucrative partnerships that strategically advance their organization’s missions.
Having served in highly visible leadership roles with The Appraisal Foundation and the American Institute of Architects, she has established a nonprofit consultancy and has recently launched a branch focusing on strategic partnerships. Throughout her nonprofit career, Paula has developed and managed strategic alliances and worked in integrated communications, strategic initiatives, fundraising, board development, and international relations. Her work has taken her across the globe, where she has facilitated groups, committees, task forces, and Boards of various size and levels. She has worked in the areas of financial services, the built environment, climate change, sustainability, and resilience.
