Building on over 20 years as an operational and HR leader, Laurent facilitates action-oriented leadership team meetings, retreats for executives and teams, as well as larger events.
Laurent’s work aims to help leaders and their teams develop problem-solving strategies to navigate change and achieve their goals. Laurent is certified with DiSC, StrengthFinder, Leadership Circle Profile and other tools for individual and group work.
Groups that Laurent works with range from 5-8 (peer coaching circles) to 10-25 (leadership teams), 10-50 (intact teams), to 250-450 (larger scale retreats/forums).
Laurent has served as Board Secretary for the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership Network and is a founder of the International Coaching Federation Foundation Society.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Throughout his career, Laurent has worked extensively with executives and Cabinet-level officials in over 50 countries.
Laurent is the former Global Manager for Leadership & Staff Development for the World Bank Group, where he was supporting 900+ global leaders in a multi-cultural context. Prior to this, Laurent was an operational leader, leading global teams and overseeing $50-$500m projects across 40 countries in the tech sector. Laurent was also guest speaker/panelist in numerous international tech conferences and led World Bank Group delegations in international treaty conferences.
Laurent is also founder of Adaptive Leadership 4 Results (AL4R), co-founder and Executive VP for facilitation at COOLER.WORK. Laurent previously held positions with NERA Economic Consulting, France Telecom (now Orange), and a UN agency.
PERSONAL
Laurent is based in Rockville, Maryland with his husband and their 10-year--old daughter. He has lived in DC, Michigan, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Seoul, London, Geneva, Lyon and Paris. Laurent is an amateur abstract art painter.
