The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™

In today’s organizations are working beyond a single team.  Advances in technology are disrupting the market, globalization is forcing a new approach of working and the teams of the future have never seen this level of diversity.  The organization needs to equip their employees to create a cohesive team quickly to enable results.

Based on the internationally best-selling leadership fable, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ facilitates a unique learning experience that measures and develops the top five behaviors of a healthy, well-functioning team.

As a participant during The Five Behaviors™ showcase/workshop, you will:

•    Review the Five Behaviors Model and framework and how it can work for you;
•    Review the associated Five Behaviors Wiley products and profiles that are aligned with the Five Behaviors Model;
•    Understand how the assessments/profiles may apply to your own teams and organization;
•    View and listen to Words of wisdom from the New York Time best-selling author, Patrick Lencioni.

Jerome S. Paige & Associates provides organizational consulting services in strategic planning, business development, performance measurement & management, and change management.  We assist them in demonstrating how they create and deliver value. Since we bring a fresh perspective to organizational performance, we provide leaders and managers with clear and easily graspable concepts to apply to ensure their organizations are mission driven, opportunity seeking, outcomes based, and results oriented.

A key focus of our organizational consulting work is around the four elements of “trust”    -- mind states, behaviors, relationships and structures – because fast-moving and change-focused organizations do not have time for “second guessing,” and since “trust” helps eliminate “second guessing,” it becomes for us “the glue that holds an organization together.” Thus, the importance of Wiley’s “The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” in our work. We approach “trust” as if it’s an “inherent quality.” “Trust” Happens!” when its dimensions align, and we help organizations attain that alignment.
