The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™

The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is an assessment-based learning experience that helps people discover what it takes to build a high-performing team. Based on the bestselling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is a model and development program that guides intact teams through a journey to improve in five areas that are key to productive team dynamics: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Examine Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Model™.
  • Develop an understanding of how each behavior builds on the previous one creating a robust team foundation.
  • Develop an understanding of the DiSC framework and how it aligns with the Five Behaviors Model.

The workshop is designed to be highly interactive, using video clips, group activities and mini- assessments that relate to the Five Behaviors Model.
