Summary of Experience
Beza is the founder and lead consultant at The Mela Way. She is also a Senior OD Consultant for EnCompass supporting the Global Health Bureau at United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She partners with senior staff to support their respective organizations to thrive. Beza designs and implements effective human capital and learning strategies to target and improve the entire workforce. She is excited to support diverse clients across various functions and industries to make a meaningful impact globally.
Previously, she served as the Team Lead for the OD Team within Organizational and Workforce Management Section (ARHM). She oversaw up to four OD Consultants. Beza and her team provided support to the Commandant of the Marine Corps (CMC), Sergeant Major of the Marines Corps (SMMC), and other senior staff and commands across Headquarters, United States Marine Corps (USMC).
She also provided senior level OD support for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Beza was a Human Capital Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and was a rotational fellow with the CDC. She directly supported leadership in six centers and led substantial projects to drive organizational improvements and implement public health solutions. She is a J. William Fulbright Scholar and furthered her global health studies and conducted public health research at Simon Fraser University (SFU).
