Biography
I'm an ACC-certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) specializing in vertical development. I partner with individuals and teams across diverse sectors—tech, consulting, finance, non-profits, retail, energy, and more—helping them transform their skills and thinking to navigate complexity and lead with greater impact.
My work encompasses several key areas:
Coaching: Through one-on-one coaching, I guide leaders in expanding their perspectives, fostering trust, and aligning their growth with core values.
Team Development: I work directly with teams, facilitating engaging workshops that drive collaborative problem-solving and team cohesion. These sessions help teams explore new ways of working, build stronger relationships, and unlock their collective potential.
Organizational Consulting: My consulting approach has helped major organizations improve key components of their organizational design by promoting best practices while honoring each organization's unique culture.
Leadership Instruction: I share my expertise as an instructor for the International Law Institute, teaching leadership development to international officials.
Through these components, I have helped my clients:
Move from problem-solving to sense-making: Developing the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the underlying dynamics of complex situations.
Shift from expert thinking to strategic thinking: Cultivating a broader perspective and learning to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Unlock greater self-awareness: Understanding their biases, triggers, and leadership style to lead more authentically and positively.
Lead through change confidently: Building resilience and adaptability to thrive in uncertain environments.
Create a genuinely collaborative culture: Fostering trust and empowering their team to reach their full potential.
My background includes a Master of Education in Human Development from Vanderbilt University and an ICF certification from Georgetown University.
