As the President and CEO of Urbanomics Consulting Group, a multi-million dollar marketing and public relations firm that provides strategic planning competency to strengthen the capability of clients to diversity customer markets to increase sales performance or engage diverse population segments to influence institutional and social change. …Planned, developed, and directed District of Columbia’s first comprehensive business and retention initiative established from a $500,000 grant proposal.

…Led the design of strategic plan that established a $280M grant-making program for American Families United to solicit, vet, select, and administer national grants to support civic engagement and voter empowerment programs.

…Developed the accelerated leadership development program for CALIBR Global Leadership Network that transformed association into a talent management partner to Fortune firms for competitively sought after African-American senior managers and executives.

…Led team of business school faculty and staff in designing learning objectives, and developing virtual and in-person coursework of corporate social responsibility curriculum and CAPSTONE project into Leadership Development Program for John Hopkins University, Carey Business School.

…Identified and qualified 200+ minority-owned businesses for DC government. Sourced and recommended 75+ women- and minority owned businesses for the Democratic National Committee.

…Collaborated with Entergy to build community partnerships around the country to reduce poverty, expand clean and smart energy usage, and establish a pipeline for next-generation public office leaders.
