Registration

Inhale and exhale, yin and yang, rest and activity, diverge and converge…we live in the midst of independent elements, paradoxes or polarities.  How can a conscious approach to polarities lead to more successful outcomes in coaching and facilitating?

In this hands on workshop, you will learn Johnson’s Polarity Thinking approach, a powerful means of seeking wisdom in resistance, distinguishing between problems to solve and polarities to leverage and using seemingly contradictory views to enhance the work of professional facilitators.  You will come away with a practical and profound tool for your personal and professional applications.

Participants will:
  • Build awareness of what polarities are, distinguish them from a problem to solve and construct your own list of the most important polarities you are addressing.
  • Learn the fundamentals of the energy systems behind independent factors like stability and change, team and individual, head and heart.
