A wise facilitator designs her/his sessions with an eye to how different participants prefer to learn, make decisions, and stay energized. In this fun, interactive workshop, we'll review two of the most popular models for understanding personality, and share facilitation methods for successfully engaging participants' unique personalities and preferences.

Participants of this experiential session will:

  • Learn and explore the premise behind two popular models of preference and style (the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Neil Fleming's VAK/VARK)
  • Gain insights and ideas on how to design group processes to maximize participant engagement and involvement in a meeting.
