An organization’s most valuable asset is its people. When their talents, creativity, and expertise are unlocked, the entire organization wins. Join us for an interactive train-the-trainer discussion on how to use Vision Boards to unlock your clients’ potential.

We will discuss, share and practice techniques to help spur group discussion, solve problems, and encourage personal development and leadership using Brighter Strategies Vision Boards. Come to share and learn new facilitation techniques and adult learning principles.

Gain the skill and confidence to use these and similar tools during your next meeting and watch the creative juices flow and light bulb moments click!

Participants will:

  • Learn basic facilitation techniques using Brighter Strategies Vision Boards
  • Discuss and share adult learning principles to support visual learning
  • Add a new skill/tool to support your organizational development practice

Speaker Bio:

Elizabeth Scott is an organizational development consultant and founder of Brighter Strategies, LLC. Ms. Scott provides training and consulting services in strategic planning, process improvement, and human capital/workforce development. She has extensive experience in developing and managing all aspects of an organization’s quality and business improvement efforts; such as developing and administering programs, training and coaching employees, and facilitating organization-wide change. She holds both an undergraduate degree in sociology and a master’s degree in organizational management from GWU. She is currently enrolled at Fielding Graduate Institute where she is working on a Ph.D. on Human and Organizational Systems.
