Make Your Best Training Activity Choices Interactive

Need a great idea for facilitating your next session? Want to WOW your participants with a new interactive learning experience? In this session, you will use the Best Choice activity matrix from North American Simulation and Gaming Association’s ( NASAGA’s) HOT-OFF the presses Training Activity Book to learn how to select an activity for facilitating a  topic of your choice. Working both individually and in groups, you will discover several potential facilitation frameworks in the book that fit your needs.

During the session, participants will:

1. Search for and find several activities that may well be used for their facilitation challenge.
2. Examine at least three activities in depth.
3. Hear reviews of at least 12 of the activities in the book.
4. Select one activity that they can use immediately.

Speaker Bio:

Chuck Needlman has been a management consultant, training manager, coach and facilitator over 30 years.  Dedicated to interactive training, he has developed and implemented a broad variety of strategies and programs for training and development, business planning, diversity, team building, and cross-cultural issues for all levels of organizations and government.
