Cultural competency is a core facilitator capacity. Yet few of us may recognize our lack of skill in this area because of the blind spots that power imbalances foster within us and the groups we facilitate. Despite well meaning intentions, our biases significantly limit the effectiveness of our practice and profession of facilitation.

This workshop promises to be a fast-paced, transformational experiences that illuminates blind spots that hinder our capacity to apply consistently our best thinking while valuing every person and perspective.

Join us as we learn and practice a framework and tools for social change and healing. It will increase capacity at all levels - personal, intergroup, organizational, and global - as we build a profound trust through interactive and authentic sharing that starts with you.

Registration closes at midnight on June 25.
