As facilitators, we have to use our judgment to identify when and how to intervene in a group. What intervention strategies do you have in mind when you take on a new facilitation assignment? Which approach will be most suitable for the work the group is doing, given the purpose of a specific meeting?
By attending this workshop, you will explore selected intervention models, and be able to make informed and intentional choices in your group interventions. Participants in the workshop will receive a customized handout.
