In the fast-paced, complex landscape of today’s world, we need to work productively and meaningfully across boundaries in our organizations, sectors and communities. In systems that face severe challenges and tight resources, we see more examples of polarized conflict than of fruitful collaboration. This workshop offers principles and practical tools that invite people to think together, help groups mature and operate collaboratively, and reduce their dependency on the facilitator.

Participants will leave with greater clarity about how the principles of designing for collaboration come to life in the developmental flow of a meeting. They will take home tools to use in their own practice, and will experience the impact of applied design principles. Whether you participated in the original workshop or not, this session will give you practical tools and concepts to design meetings that help develop high-performing groups.
