Over the past decade coaching has become a huge trend in business.  Everyone seems to call her/himself a coach.  But what is coaching really all about?  Facilitators thrive on empowering clients to achieve results.  Coaching can bring a deeper dimension to facilitation by helping clients focus on the bigger picture and overcome underlying blocks and resistance.
