The most successful change efforts start with a clear understanding of the organization’s current state, and a clear vision of the desired future.  The most accurate way to established a clear and shared understanding of an organization’s current state is to gather data.  It has traditionally been difficult to obtain “hard data” related to the human side of change, but analytics technology is changing that.  Learn about two technologies (Harrison Assessments and The Change Diagnostic Index) that gather and analyze data on organizational culture, employee engagement, and change readiness.  Then, participate in exploring and developing protocols that equip facilitators to lead meaningful conversations that leverage that data to drive successful change.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define “analytics” and describe how data is impacting the fields of organizational performance and change
  • Identify technology tools that gather “human data” (*) including:
    • The Change Diagnostic Index (re: change readiness)
    • Harrison Assessments (re: employee engagement and organizational culture)
  • Develop or adapt facilitation protocols/processes that leverage “human data” to meaningful group processes such as (but not limited to):
    • Meaningful conversations leading to consensus and decision-making
    • Verification of current state and definition of desired future state
    • Analysis of gap between current state and desired state, and development of roadmap for change
