When should you use the MBTI® and when is the EQ-i more effective? When is the TKI a better conflict tool than the SDI? What is the difference between the FIRO-B and the FIRO-Element B and why would you use either?

This workshop, not a full introductory session on these individual tools, focuses on the diagnostic process that trainers, coaches or consultants would engage to determine which tool is best for any given circumstance.

  • Get high-level overview/review of each tool
  • Explore a diagnostic process to review needs and match these with tools
  • Practice with a number of client case studies
