Clients trust a facilitator’s skill to guide them through a process. Although rarely discussed, ethics plays a huge role in assuring the facilitation’s information, conditions and behaviors contribute to its success. The facilitator can assure the ethics of:

- the facilitator to remain conflict free in design and execution of the facilitation;

- the client in setting up the terms of the session and providing appropriate guidance; and

- the participants, to engage with each other and the facilitator.

This session gives context and guidance of how facilitators can increase value and effectiveness by adding ethics to their design. Participants in this webinar will be able to recognize the third party risk professional service providers impose on clients, increase their ethical sensitivity and responsiveness in facilitation design/implementation, and build ethics into the facilitation process.
