Join us for a facilitated salon designed for honest conversation, shared inquiry, and collective sense-making among fellow practitioners.

We’ll begin with brief introductions to ground the group and reconnect, followed by a short warm-up to get the conversation flowing.

From there, we will move into the heart of the salon:

Rather than arriving with a pre-set agenda, we will co-create the discussion topic in the room. Participants will be invited to surface the questions, tensions, or challenges that feel most alive and most relevant right now. We’ll spend a few minutes generating possibilities, then collectively choose one topic to explore in depth.

If the group does not surface a clear preference, we will turn to a deliberately uncomfortable and necessary conversation:

What does it actually mean for our work if AI can already coach, prompt, reflect, summarize, and challenge … instantly, cheaply, and at scale?

We will close by harvesting key insights, naming personal and collective takeaways, and identifying questions or actions to carry forward. Time permitting, we’ll also gather ideas for future topics and invite volunteers to host upcoming sessions.

Come ready to think aloud, listen carefully, and engage in a real conversation with peers who understand both the craft and the uncertainty of this moment.

Please note that this is for MAFN members only and there is limited space, so please register early.

Our guiding principles are:

  • Connection + Conversation + Community = Salon

  • Come open to listening and sharing
