Each month, we will have a topic or theme as well as open time for networking and sharing challenges and best practices in our facilitation.
THIS MONTH'S TOPIC: Action Learning
Salon host Julie Mendosa will introduce participants to Action Learning, a form of team coaching for problem-solving and leadership development. One participant will share an important problem they would like help solving. The group (including the problem presenter) will then ask each other questions to gain a sense of how that problem works. Each participant will choose one leadership skill to practice during the session, while asking and answering questions. The problem presenter ends the session with potential actions to take toward the problem, and all participants take away problem- solving insights.
Afterwards, those who are available are invited to stay and share community over lunch.
Please note that this is for MAFN members only and there is limited space, so please register early.
