About the workshop:

How do you plan to step up, step out, or level up your cultural fluency while facilitating? Maximizing rapport and partnerships in new ways within today’s environment - when cultural awareness, sensitivity, stress, intersectionality, and triggers are high - is one key element to success. Discover how cultural safety and humility can fine tune your relational approach and catapult your facilitation to the next level!

Learning Objectives 

In this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key principles of cultural humility. 
  • State the journey of  cultural fluency - through awareness, cultural competence, and cultural humility
  • Name communication techniques to grow cultural humility and belonging.
  • Learn strategies to create a cultural connection that is welcoming and inclusive.   

NOTE: This workshop will be recorded for distribution to all who register (breakout rooms will not be recorded).

This is a 3-hour online workshop. It will take place from 12:00pm to 3pm EDT.
