Now more than ever all organizations and individuals need to raise a different kind of IQ—our Innovation Quotient—to flexibly embrace change and better improve what's now and create what's next. Creativity is the engine of innovation, and this webinar will introduce the key creativity principles, competencies and processes that all facilitators should know to foster innovation in any group. We will also explore interactive creative exercises that can make all learning sessions--and even webinars--a more engaging and innovative experience.

About the virtual facilitator...


Adam Shames is a creativity expert, organizational consultant, facilitator, speaker and coach whose 150+ clients have ranged from Whole Foods to McDonald’s, Panasonic to the Federal Reserve, universities to associations, techies to teachers to any group that wants to innovate and collaborate better. As founder and principal of the Kreativity Network, for more than 20 years he has designed and led leadership retreats, strategy sessions, creativity workshops and collaboration experiences for thousands of adults and youth. He is the author of the e-book TeamBreakers: Ice-breakers and Team Challenges to Spark Connection, Creativity and Collaboration, and his blog, Innovation on my Mind, offers nearly 200 articles exploring personal and professional creativity. Adam has been executive director of a non-profit interfaith creativity program, and is a former “Teacher of the Year” with a master’s degree from Stanford University.
