Join us for an encore presentation on how you can become a facilitating genius. This highly interactive webinar is more a discovery workshop than an on-line lecture. Learn how to quickly assist your clients in identifying their genius. Apply the theory of multiple intelligences to individual and group problem solving sessions. Experiment with the direct application of genius role-playing or opt to think outside the box and look at an issue or group challenge from a new point of view. After a very short introduction to the theory of multiple intelligences, webinar participants will work in breakout rooms to address several ‘wicked problems.’ And there’s a bonus; all who register and participant in this webinar will receive an e-book filled with over two dozen stories of truly genius as well as multiple worksheets which can be immediately used with your clients should you decide to apply these techniques in a future facilitative engagement.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain a working understanding of the theory of multiple intelligences
  • Tap into the psyche of well-known geniuses via question prompts and worksheets
  • Share with others ideas, tips, and best practices experienced in your breakout rooms
  • Add another book to your professional library which you’ll be able to refer to again and again.
