Christoph Berendes is a senior consultant with Public Engagement Associates. His expertise covers online and social media engagement, IT project management, and communications, based on more than twenty years of work with government agencies and non-profits. He is the publisher and editor of the Facilitation Analytics series, concise e-books providing simple analytical tools for mapping, planning, and facilitating conversations on complex issues. The second book in the series, Dealing with Disruptors, shows readers how to channel the messiness of democracy to energize participation.
