This session will provide an opportunity to reflect on the background, skills, and talents that make you uniquely qualified in your organization and industry.  You will explore actionable tools and strategies to effectively package your talents, leverage your capabilities, differentiate yourself from your colleagues, and heighten your visibility.  After all, it doesn’t matter how great you are, if nobody knows who you are.  You won’t get that call and will subsequently miss out on opportunities. You will also examine how to position yourself as a Thought Leader, sought after by others for your unique expertise and perspective. 

Come prepared to roll up your sleeves and learn how you can craft a personal brand which enables you to memorably emerge in your organization or industry.

About the Presenter

Jennifer Ransaw Smith is a nationally sought-after Personal Elevation strategist, leadership development mentor and Personal branding consultant. As the founding CEO of Brand id|Strategic Partners, the nation’s only full-service personal elevation agency, she works with entrepreneurs and executives from coast-to-coast to help them leverage their expertise to become game changers within their organization and industry. If registrant pays for an individual MAFN workshop session and contacts info@mafn.org to cancel before the registration deadline, MAFN will either credit the full registration fee towards a future workshop or process a refund, less a processing fee of $10. No refunds after registration deadline has passed.


If registrant pays for a MAFN workshop series and contacts info@mafn.org to cancel before the date of the September workshop, MAFN will process a refund, less a processing fee of $10. No refunds on or after the date of the September workshop.
