Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network
Group-level intervention has the power to improve dysfunctional group norms and organizational behaviors more than any collection of individual interventions. Organizational development’s (OD) emphasis on human systems is what makes it the most powerful technique that exists for managing change. Human systems is the power of organizational development.
In this workshop, you will learn to improve your group-level interventions through gaining a deeper understanding of human systems and how to use that understanding to make interventions intended to create healthier group norms. Workshop participants will receive a copy of “A Basic Understanding of Human Systems” and “Two Ways to See Human Systems.”
