Find-a-Facilitator Information

Summary of Experience
I actively listen and seek to understand the organizational, performance, or strategic challenges or uncertainty faced by organizational leaders and design a structured, results-oriented, and participatory facilitative event to air divergent perspectives, distill insight from information, and coalesce the group around the next right steps. I seek to build on what’s working well, and identify actionable steps for forward movement. I apply a range of participatory methods to instructional approaches depending on the session’s purpose, objectives, and participants.
