One of the three purposes of the MAFN is to help our members "Grow Professionally: by increasing our capacity, capability and value as facilitators". Exposing facilitators to a broad range of topics and experiences is the way we help them grow. Locally, in DC, many facilitators attend our Facilitator Workshops to continue their development. Yet only about 75% of our members live within a reasonable driving distance (35 miles) of these workshops. Of this 75% nearly half are unable to attend workshops of these series because of work considerations.
To help make it easier to attend workshops, MAFN is bringing it's workshops to you. Using the training access all MAFN members have to www.WebIQ.net and a telephone conference call service we are able to provide Online Member Events.
