Access to this archive is a MAFN MEMBER benefit. Passcode is delivered in regular Member notices. This month the Frameworks and Activities Archives are available to Non-Members as a sample of the articles available in the archives.

Since it's inception in 2001 MAFN Members have participated in researching and submitting short articles on topics of interest to business facilitators for the Facilitator's Body of Knowledge Research Project (FBoK). We regularly hear from our members that these articles are one of the most used benefits by our members from our old website. The articles were origionally designed to fill not more than two pages in a two column format. So, the articles are short reads with enough information to make them very worthwhile.

Articles are categorized into several groups as shown with the buttons to the left. Articles are posted to the category based on the focus of the article. They are also identified in the lower right corner by their application to the organization, group, or individual.

As Facilitators our primary frame of interest is the world of Organization Development (OD). Given this though contributors can submit articles from outside the OD structure as long as the Application Section of the article relates how the topic is applied by a group or business facilitators. Business Facilitators include those that work with groups and those that facilitate training.

Not all of articles will be original works of research. Some may be significantly edited content from multiple sources. When this is done the original work will be sited in the Resources section of the article.
