Dr. Pace is a certified professional facilitator. She is a specialist in leadership development. She is also a keynote speaker, and project manager. Prior to developing a consulting practice, she was formally a Community College President and served in the higher education arena for over 20 years. Dr. Pace has an earned doctorate from The Ohio State University (1979) in Higher Education Administration.

As "The Leadership Guru"?she helps individuals and organizations "Experience Their Greatness" by identifying needed leadership behaviors that produce successful results. Her specialty is assisting organizations in creating a culture of trust and personal responsibility. This includes creating facilitated intervention strategies ranging from eliminating gossip in the workplace to strategic planning.

Unlike most, she offers the client the opportunity to experience real time leadership, which is memor-able, penetrat-able, and remark-able. She is internationally known for her dynamic presentations and creative project management. She "tells it like it is." Her clients describe her as energizing, fun filled, and enlightened.

Dr. Pace has had experience working with various organization which include but are not limited to National Institutes of Health (NIH), The Department of Human Resources (State of Maryland), Lucent Technologies, The Department of Defense (Marine Corps), The Ford Foundation, Johns Hopkins Hospital, American Management Association, United States Department of Labor, Montgomery County Executive Leadership, The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Institutions of Higher Education as well as the District of Columbia Department of Public Works.
