Marsha has extensive facilitation and consulting experience working with various size and diverse groups in the government, military, health care, and non-profit organizations. She is committed to partnering with groups to help them tap their wisdom not only to achieve results but to excel in creative problem solving, decision making, and managing conflict. She helps groups to apply a whole system thinking approach to strategic planning, team building, conflict management, leadership development, and process improvement. She facilitates small and large group meetings while simultaneously building the capability of group members to continuously work together to meet organizational goals.

Education
Marsha has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University and a post-graduate certificate in group facilitation.
