As part of her previous trade show management profession, Dawn Rhine served as “internal” facilitator for various boards, committees, and internal teams. As the strategic director of some of the largest trade shows in the United States and the world, Ms. Rhine was employed by a wide range of associations, including the Consumer Electronics Association, Newspaper Association of America, American Nurses Association, and American Machine Tool Distributors’ Association. While serving these associations, she continued to study and sharpen her natural facilitation talents only to find a true forte for group facilitation. She was designated a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators in 2008.

Ms. Rhine realized the increased benefits of using an outsourced, neutral individual to serve in the facilitation role, thereby providing objectivity and expertise in group process methods. As a result, she decided to take her specialty and experience to launch her own facilitation practice called Synergy Forces LLC. Offering services and expertise in guiding the group decision-making process, Ms. Rhine’s role as facilitator has resulted in more efficient and effective decisions.

Education
Dawn Rhine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from the University of Maryland, University College, in College Park. In addition, she continues to expand her knowledge and experience with coursework in group facilitation and strategic planning.
