Founder and President of Collaborative Decisions, Inc., Ms. Lowe has provided facilitation, coaching, and training services since 1992. She draws from multiple disciplines to facilitate thoughtful, inclusive, efficient decision making and transformational change. Utilizing collaborative technologies, especially WebIQ, she facilitates on-site, off-site, and virtual meetings, locally and world-wide. Ms. Lowe’s techniques usually result in increased participation, deeper thinking, focus on objectives, candid responses to issues and concerns, and creativity.

Ms. Lowe has facilitated a variety of processes including Strategic and Marketing Planning, Project Planning and Management, Requirements Analysis, Focus Groups, Proposal Development, Process Improvement and Re-engineering. She custom designs activities and workshops to meet client needs including dialogue, group and one-on-one coaching, facilitation, WebIQ coaching and training, and train-the-trainer classes.

With over 30 years in business and information technology, Ms. Lowe’s early experience includes management, planning, training, marketing support, and systems engineering.
