What you will learn:
This session is for consultants, facilitators and managers who want to learn about 18 different types of facilitated sessions, their management requirements and the key elements that support successful outcomes
Understand and apply an approach for managing facilitated processes that is integrated, customized, and systematic
Learn and apply an efficient “for-get-me-not” prompter for scoping out an upcoming facilitated process, anticipating challenges and opportunities
The session will include a comprehensive booklet outlining 18 facilitated processes, the “forget-me-not” prompter and one of the key elements that support successful outcomes.
Marian Pitters Has been designing, facilitating and managing a broad range of processes for many years. Based in Canada, Marians’ practice focuses on strategic interventions such as planning, team development and customizing learning programs for the for-profit, not-for-profit and government sectors. Marian co-authored Managing Facilitated Processes with Dorothy Strachan (who presented in MAFN Online Workshop in 2010)
