Patrick Lencioni, author of Five Dysfunctions of a Team, asserts, "Teamwork remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare."  With teamwork being so important, a facilitator's role in recognizing the dysfunctions and potentially addressing them in a facilitated session is key to a successful outcome.

In this workshop, the model of Five Dysfunctions of a Team will be introduced, focusing on the two foundational concepts - Absence of Trust and Fear of Conflict.  Participants will engage in activities to better understand these two concepts and explore pathways to address each.

After completing this workshop participants will:
• Improve their ability to spot these two dysfunctions
• Leave better equipped to tackle these two dysfunctions as they work toward enhancing a team's performance
