David Coleman, Ph.D. is the Director of Transition Management Services, a firm that specializes in executive coaching and organization development (OD) with senior leaders. He is an organizational psychologist who has 24 years experience in executive coaching, change management, team building, and strategic planning. He is co-creator of the executive coaching program at the International Monetary Fund, and was a highly regarded teacher in the Organization Development Certificate Program at Georgetown University for the first sixteen years of that program’s existence. Dr. Coleman has particular expertise in working with technically-minded clients, and has written and presented extensively on working with tough-minded leaders. Some of his well-received videos and courses include: “The Thinking Person’s Guide to Emotions at Work,” “Organizational Communication Skills,” “Feedback Techniques for Developing Subordinates,” and “Coaching Skills for Managers.”
