In both our personal and professional worlds, trust impacts everything and can make all the difference. Have you ever lost the trust of a significant client, friend, or family member and wondered how to repair it? What is your ‘credibility quotient’ and how does it impact your work with clients or leading new initiatives?
In this workshop we will explore the importance of trust in one’s self and in our working relationships, and how to create, maintain, and coach our clients in building trust. Through use of small group exercises, discussion, and self-assessment, participants will focus on self trust and relationship trust.Identifying ways to increase relationship trust in client relationships

Judy Rodgers is the principal and founder of The ChangeMasters Group LLC, a consulting company specializing in leadership development, change management, team productivity, and executive coaching. She has over 25 years of experience working with organizations, teams, and individuals in the government, non-profit, and private sectors. Related experience includes ‘high performance’ leadership development work with state executive teams, design and delivery of a six session Leadership Training Program for county leaders, managing a county training program, and facilitating numerous team-building workshops. She holds an MS in Applied Behavioral Science-Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University, is a Hopkins Fellow inChange Management, and a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
