We are all wired differently. According to Carl Jung, we are born with innate personality preferences. Through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), you can explore how you are wired and how it can potentially impact your interactions with others. This practical tool utilizes a personality inventory assessment to help you discover your individual personality preferences. You will not only become aware and understand yourself better, but will also gain a better understanding of the personality differences of others. By discovering your personality preferences, you can capitalize on individual strengths to be more effective as a facilitator.

Dawn Rhine is an enthusiastic, certified professional facilitator with demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and the development of principles, practices and methodologies. Dawn’s facilitation practice, Synergy Forces, offers expertise in marketing plans, strategic plans, process improvement, and team collaboration.

Prior to launching Synergy Forces, Dawn served as strategic director of some of the largest association trade shows in the United States and the world. For more than 15 years, Dawn was employed by a range of associations including the Consumer Electronics Association, Newspaper Association of America, and American Nurses Association, serving as “internal” facilitator for various boards, committees, and internal teams.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from the University of Maryland, University College, in College Park. In March 2008, Dawn was qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment tool, and in April 2008, she was designated a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators. Dawn is proud to be a member not only of MAFN, but also the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership, and the Association for Psychology Type International (APTi).
