In both our personal and professional worlds, trust impacts everything and can make all the difference. Have you ever lost the trust of a significant client, friend, or family member and wondered how to repair it? What is your ‘credibility quotient’ and how does it impact your work with clients or leading new initiatives?

In this workshop we will explore the importance of trust in one’s self and in our working relationships, and how to create, maintain, and coach our clients in building trust. Through use of small group exercises, discussion, and self-assessment, participants will focus on self trust and relationship trust. Identifying ways to increase relationship trust in client relationships

  • Identifying the behaviors of trust in effective leadership

  • Assessing the participant’s ‘credibility quotient’ in self trust

  • Addressing trust issues in work relationships

  • Demonstrating training activities to build relationship trust

  • Topics covered will include:
