We have executive/management development, team coaching, team building, organization culture change, and large-scale systems interventions. In this session we’ll explore the various roles and interventions: what does each offer, when each is used appropriately in organizations, and what are the competencies and experiences required.
Participants walk away with an understanding of how to use themselves, when to partner or recommend another professional, and how to expand their competencies in particular areas of interest.
