Mid-Atlantic Facilitator's Network (MAFN) is provided limited access to WebIQ for MAFN operations, workshops, planning, member education and event design at no charge. By logging on to the password protected WebIQ.net web-enabled collaborative application MAFN members and participants agree to abide by the following rules and conditions:
1. Who May Use The System: Unless otherwise approved by WebIQ, only paid MAFN members may be added to the WebIQ MAFN group license. A request must be submitted by email to WebIQ from the MAFN Membership Director or Web Master to add, modify, or delete names in the group license.
2. Purpose: All current members will have access to the system for the purpose of learning about WebIQ capabilities and for planning WebIQ venues. Members may design and conduct events with other MAFN members.
3. Planning Commercial Events: Members may plan a “commercial event†under the MAFN Group License and may meet with a client to review the plan using a single log-in.
A commercial event is defined as an event for which a fee is or can be charged, directly or indirectly, for designing, facilitating or managing.
4. Conducting Commercial Events: No commercial events will be conducted through the WebIQ MAFN Group license. Members agree that if a commercial event is designed it will be transferred to a commercial users group account through Collaborative Decisions, Inc., a WebIQ Partner. Contact Fran Lowe 301-977-3043.
The MAFN WebIQ Portal Administrator will monitor usage of the system. The WebIQ Administrator will be the judge of what is or is not a commercial event. Inappropriate use of the system, using the system for illegal purposes or, in ways that break these rules, may result in a loss of privileges.
