Wayne is a transformation consultant and professional facilitator focusing on uncovering and guiding the development and implementation of strategy through facilitated group events and individual coaching. His uses a multi-dimensional approach working with organizations on strategy and processes, while coaching and developing leadership.

He is a Professional Group Facilitator, the founder, and an Agent of Action for the Mid-Atlantic Facilitator's Network (MAFN). He has served as the Chair for the first six years, Treasurer for five years, and Web-Master since the creation of our online presence. Wayne is the creator of, and has served as the Director of the DC Facilitator's Workshop Series over the last 15 years.

Wayne is an avid reader and researcher and has written or compiled more than 150 papers on topics of interest to facilitators for his Facilitation Body of Knowledge Research project.

He has provided services to many federal government agencies including: DoD (including USMC, USN and joint committees), Ed Dept, Dept of Agriculture, Dept of Energy, Dept of Labor.

While Wayne focuses on serving federal government agencies he has also facilitated many strategy sessions for a number of corporations including the Resource Associates Inc, and Qorvis Comminications, and for several non-profit boards including the Association for Maximum Service Television, CBS Affiliate Board and the Association for Independent CPAs Enhanced Business Reporting Committee.
